Digital Products
Self Made Systems sells digital products, including trackers, planners, templates, and other digital resources.
All products are digital files only. No physical products are shipped.
After successful payment, your files are delivered through a download link on the order confirmation page and by email.
Cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivery is provided after successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after purchase.
Refunds are not generally provided for:
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Not reviewing the product description before purchasing
- Not using or downloading the product after purchase
- Device or software compatibility issues
Please review the product description and selected product details before completing your purchase.
Technical Issues
If your file is corrupted, does not open, or you do not receive your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide your order number.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue by re-sending the files or providing assistance.
If we are unable to resolve the issue, an eligible full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same order, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
